Benefits of the ingredients in Kawakawa Miracle Balm.
Jojoba Oil is unique among plant oils because it is composed of long-chain wax esters, similar to the natural oils produced by our skin. This similarity makes it an excellent moisturizer that can hydrate the skin without feeling heavy or greasy. It does not clog pores, and has anti-microbial, anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties.
Kawakawa Leaves are naturally anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, antiviral and analgesic.
Gotu Kola Leaves aid cell regeneration, and are anti-inflammatory.
Clary Sage reduces spasms and cramps. A highly uplifting oil, it is a natural anti-depressant. Helps balance hormone levels aiding PMT & menopausal symptoms. Eases bloating. Reduces anxiety and stress.
Lavender calms the nervous system, promoting relaxation in the body and mind. It is anti-fungal, and antiseptic, aiding the healing of burns and wounds.
Ginger reduces the markers of inflammation, and inhibits chronic swelling of joints.
Neroli is a cytophylactic promoting cell regeneration. It is balancing so is ideal for acne-prone skin. It improves elasticity and luminosity of the skin and reduces scarring and stretch marks. It also has a very uplifting effect on the mental state.
Frankincense known as the King of oils is anti-inflammatory and an aid to the immune system. It contains Beta-elemene (a cancer-fighting terpene also found in Myrrh) which helps to fight cancer cells and can cross the blood-brain barrier.
Myrrh is antiseptic, anti-fungal, anti-microbial, and anti-oxidant. so is an excellent wound healer. It brings comfort because of its anaesthetic properties and has anti-tumour properties because it contains Beta-elemene the cancer-fighting terpene as in Frankincense.
Jasmine has antibacterial properties and calms inflammation, itching, dry skin and eczema. It moisturises without causing acne. It increases cell turnover, aiding the healing of the skin. It is a highly uplifting oil lowering anxiety and stress.
Rosemary stimulates circulation and is antiseptic, aiding the healing of wounds, and regenerating the hair as the hair follicles are stimulated. Recent research showed that the Rosmarinic acid within Rosemary interfered with the production of the inflammatory compound Interleukin which inhibits the development of lesions and thickening and flaking of the skin, thus reducing swelling, redness and itching. New research has also identified this compound as reducing the inflammation and pain associated with osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis classified as a chronic inflammatory auto-immune disease. Research shows that Rosemary not only alleviates symptoms but also slows down cartilage degeneration. The synergy of 30 compounds within Rosemary stimulates the Beta brain waves, activating alertness and memory.
Vitamin E protects the skin from harmful UV light and has the effect of tightening the skin.

Elite Shungite used during the infusion process create within the oil the purifying anti-viral and antioxidant vibrational energy of Nobel Prize Winning Fullerenes.
